Position: Paid Advertising Specialist Location: Remote Type: Freelance / Contract Hours: Flexible (project-based with room to grow)About the RoleWe’re seeking a results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for both our agency and our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands how to scale campaigns profitably, and enjoys working across multiple industries and platforms.You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with a strong focus on ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to turn strong messaging into high-performing campaigns.Key Responsibilities Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google AdsConduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting aligned with campaign objectivesOptimize PPC campaigns through bid strategies, creative testing, and budget allocationMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related toolsImplement and troubleshoot tracking via Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, and eventsManage media budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with performance goalsApply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve landing page and funnel performanceCollaborate with creative, SEO, and strategy teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing initiativesProvide insights and recommendations based on data to continuously improve resultsQualifications & ExperienceProven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROIStrong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platformsSolid understanding of PPC strategy, media buying, and SEM best practicesExperience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and funnel optimizationWorking knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion trackingAbility to manage and optimize ad budgets while maintaining performance efficiencyStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsClear communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teamsAgency experience or managing multiple client accounts is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForDetail-oriented and performance-obsessedComfortable working independently and owning resultsProactive in testing, optimizing, and scaling campaignsStrategic thinker who understands both creative and dataExcited to grow with an expanding marketing agencyWhy Work With UsFlexible, remote freelance roleOpportunity to work across diverse brands and industriesCollaborative, fast-moving agency environmentRoom to grow into a long-term or expanded role as the agency scalesJob Types: Part‑time, ContractPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 per weekWork Location: Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
