As the founder of StealthMode Agency, Joey has successfully managed multi-million dollar ad campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, with a total ad spend managed of over $250 million dollars over the course of his career. We are hiring a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. Requirements: • · 2-4 years of Meta, Tiktok or Youtube ad experience, with a focus on direct response • · Demonstrated ability to work under and meet KPIs • · Proficiency with excel or google sheets (pivot tables and vlookups will be necessary • · Proactive mindset instead of reactive • · Self-motivated, able to thrive in an environment where goals are clear but the path to achieve them isn't always • · Growth mindset, always willing to learn • · At least one reference who can speak positively about you • · Excellent command of English (B2 or C1 level) and great communication skills • · International applicants OK – but must be willing to work on US time zone
