Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area for an Advertising Specialist. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis, including the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively Proficiency in Marketing and understanding of advertising strategies, platforms, and trends Experience in Sales and the ability to create strategies that drive revenue Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven attitude Proficiency with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media analytics tools Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred Previous experience in advertising, digital marketing, or a similar role is a plus
