Job Description
Yuit Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Advertising Specialist to support the execution and optimization of integrated advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
This role plays a critical executional function within the agency’s advertising department. The Advertising Specialist is responsible for building, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Working closely with the Advertising Manager and broader advertising team, this individual will help translate strategy into high-performing campaigns, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement across campaign performance and internal processes.

Role Overview
The Advertising Specialist serves as a core executional partner within the advertising team, responsible for the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across platforms.
This individual ensures campaigns are built accurately, tracked properly, optimized consistently, and reported clearly. By maintaining strong attention to detail and proactively monitoring performance, the Advertising Specialist helps ensure the agency delivers efficient, high-quality media execution that drives client results.
Primary Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
Build, stage, and launch campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs, OTT/CTV, and other paid channels
Ensure all campaigns are set up accurately with proper targeting, budgets, tracking, and naming conventions
Execute pre-launch QA processes to confirm campaign integrity and alignment with strategy
Maintain consistency across campaign structure, creative deployment, and platform setup
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance on a daily basis
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Implement optimizations to improve performance against KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
Maintain detailed optimization logs documenting changes, rationale, and performance impact
Flag risks or performance issues early and recommend solutions
Audience Development & Targeting
Build and manage audience segments using first-party data, third-party data, platform-native tools, and lookalike modeling
Execute retargeting strategies across platforms
Continuously refine audience strategies based on performance data and campaign objectives
Tracking, Measurement & QA
Implement and QA tracking across platforms, including pixels, tags, and custom conversions
Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and platform-specific tracking systems
Ensure proper UTM structure and naming conventions for accurate reporting
Troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues as they arise
Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance trackers
Support weekly and monthly reporting by providing data validation, insights, and recommendations
Analyze campaign performance and contribute actionable insights to improve future strategy
Collaborate with the media team to translate performance data into client-facing narratives
Testing & Continuous Improvement
Support A/B testing initiatives, including hypothesis development, setup, execution, and analysis
Document learnings and apply insights across campaigns
Contribute to improving internal processes, workflows, and best practices
Vendor & Platform Coordination
Coordinate with platform representatives and media vendors as needed
Maintain awareness of new platform features, tools, and opportunities
Support rate tracking, vendor communication, and media planning inputs when required
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Advertising Manager and cross-functional teams
Ensure campaign requirements are clearly understood and executed
Support alignment between advertising, creative, and account teams
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or agency environments
Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs
Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals including targeting, tracking, pacing, and optimization
Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with tools such as Workamajig, Trello, or similar project management systems preferred
