Responsible for building and curating content, as well as maintaining social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, plus new/emerging platforms.Leads efforts of planning, development and implementation of social media strategies, content calendar, and tactical plans, ensuring that all social media messages, measurements and content are relevant to target audience and trends.Conduct meetings with staff and/or team members to communicate and discuss potential content creation and areas of opportunity, upcoming events, etc.Support and serve as the liaison between all internal departments as it relates to social and digital media requests and efforts.Direct and coordinate the execution of photography and video production.Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.Support Advertising Manager and other key marketing efforts and duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, as well as on the casino floor. The casino floor is a smoking environment with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise.Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and use ‘sense’ abilities; this includes walking, use of hands and arms, voice, and taste or smell.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-30 pounds.Job is fully on-site. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
