This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in performance marketing while working closely with an experienced marketing team in a professional legal environment.Key Responsibilities Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In Ads.Conduct daily performance reviews to ensure campaigns are aligned with KPIs and budget expectations.Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy preparation.Monitor lead quality and collaborate with internal staff to improve conversion performance.Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.Perform basic optimizations such as adjusting bids, refining audiences, and improving ad creative relevance.Stay current with best practices and trends in digital advertising, especially within the legal industry.Required Qualifications +2 years of experience in paid advertising or digital marketing.Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid media platform.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.English B2, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Reliable internet connection and availability during PST working hours.What We Offer Part-time schedule Morning or Friday shift.Base salary with annual increases.Opportunity to develop skills in a professional, high-growth environment.Use of Time Doctor software for security and payroll management.Ready to Join Beverly Law Firm?If you are enthusiastic about digital advertising and eager to grow your career in a respected U.S. law firm, we’d love to hear from you.
