Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Jefferson City, MO. This role involves managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and programmatic networks for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, an analytical mindset, and the ability to drive campaign success through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest, CTV, and programmatic networks.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve client goals, including increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the most relevant and high-converting audiences for each campaign.
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all ad creatives are aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.

Our Must Haves:

Ability to work from the Jefferson City, MO office 5 days a week, this is a non-negotiable requirement.
1+ years of experience in digital advertising, including experience with social media platforms, search engines, and programmatic networks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in using digital advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
A results-driven approach with a passion for optimizing campaigns to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Our Like to Haves:

Experience with advanced targeting techniques, including remarketing, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
