Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking a creative and motivated Advertising Specialist with a focus on digital marketing to support our growing Marketing Department. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional with strong interest and skills in digital advertising, social media, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other media channels.
• Create engaging content (graphics, posts, ads, short videos) aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with campaign scheduling, tracking, and analytics reporting.
• Support advertising strategies tailored to McAllen, RGV, Corpus, and San Antonio market needs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team to expand referral sources and promote services.
• Assist with community outreach campaigns and promotional projects as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.
• Participate in developing new marketing opportunities and service promotions.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest and skill in digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.
• Ability to create clean, branded content and follow templates or guidelines.
• Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)
• Familiarity with social media ad management tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
• Experience with video editing or short-form content creation.
