To ensure our email and text-message programs meet CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and data-privacy requirements. You’ll organize and clean a 5,000-record CRM, implement consent and opt-out processes, and establish repeatable, auditable workflows for multi-channel campaigns. This is an in-office role with collaborative interaction with marketing, IT, and leadership. • Configure or adjust CRM/ESP/SMS vendor settings to ensure compliance (unsub links, opt-in records, suppression). • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliance, data privacy basics, and best practices.
