We are hiring a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. Requirements: • • 2-4 years of Meta, Tiktok or Youtube ad experience, with a focus on direct response • • Demonstrated ability to work under and meet KPIs • • Proficiency with excel or google sheets (pivot tables and vlookups will be necessary • • Proactive mindset instead of reactive • • Self-motivated, able to thrive in an environment where goals are clear but the path to achieve them isn't always • • Growth mindset, always willing to learn • • At least one reference who can speak positively about you • • Excellent command of English (B2 or C1 level) and great communication skills • • International applicants OK - but must be willing to work on US time zone
