Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROAS goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables Required Qualifications 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, tracking, and reporting Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting U.S. residency required; Texas residents preferred Critical and strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
