We are looking for an experienced manager to be a key player in Grubhub’s new Advertising Operations (Ad Ops) team. With a focus on continuous improvement and effectiveness • Effectively communicate key learnings of the business to provide recommendations cross functionally with product, engineering and Restaurant Network Leaders to ensure that we’re pacing ahead of targets • Build strong relationships across Grubhub teams - collaboration is key as we move fast and need to work together to get things done • Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and analytics, to align advertising initiatives with broader company goals • Drive cross-functional projects to improve overall advertising operations • Build and manage a team of associates that execute on the team's strategy. What You Bring To The Table • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in revenue operations, consulting, business development, advertising sales, advertising management, or related fields is required • You think like a business owner, determined at every level to get the hard work done • 3+ yrs.
