With your expertise in retail media, you will help us navigate the complexities of the digital landscape and stay ahead of the competition. - Oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns across retail media platforms, including keyword research, bidding strategies, budget management, and continuous optimization for performance improvement - Drive A/B testing and experimentation across retail media platforms to continually improve campaign performance, exploring new advertising formats, audience targeting, and creative approaches - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product launches, seasonal promotions, and overall brand strategies across our retail partners Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - 3+ years of experience managing retail media campaigns across retail platforms - Strong knowledge of other retail media networks such as Walmart Media Group, Target Roundel, and Instacart - Solid understanding of retail media ecosystems, algorithms, and paid search strategies
