Job Summary: The Paid Media Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth through revenue-first marketing strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and excellent communication skills. Main Accountabilities: • Ideate experiments for client accounts designed to produce the highest likelihood of performance improvement • Work with design and editing partners to ensure campaigns are using the most compelling ad creative • Act as Quality Assurance for all conversion tracking, quickly identifying breaks that would render reporting less valuable • Audit other client accounts and prospect accounts for opportunity harvesting and strategy validation • Contribute to iterative documentation improvements of industry team and paid media discipline
