Advertising Technology Lead

This role sits within the Media Transformation team and will collaborate with internal & external stakeholders (media strategy, creative, executive leadership, agency partners, IT, analytics, and more) to provide technology expertise and maintain a well-organized 12-month testing roadmap. • Lead 1st party data activation strategy within Paid Media environments. • Work with internal business segments to define an audience strategy that is unique to their product and goals. • Work with internal teams to consult on landing page optimization and creative testing recommendations that align with media audiences. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with performance based digital marketing programs and driving results through digital programs • Experience with creating reports in Adobe Analytics • Highly quantitative, analytical and numbers focused • Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors and agencies • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to convey and sell your ideas to senior leadership • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization • Experience working with Multi-Touch Attribution and Dynamic Ad Servers • Experience with industry leading Identity Resolution providers • Strong presentation skills and ability to work under stress and meet deadlines • Good project management and execution skills • Ability to work individually and also motivate a team • Self-motivated, energetic and creative
