We are seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Traffic Coordinator to join our team at Screenvision Media, a premier cinema, video, and media organization. Responsibilities: • Ad Content Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry and validation of Ad content, including manual workflows and processes as needed. • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with other departments and vendors to meet deadlines and handle placement exceptions, modify systems for last-minute changes and exhibitor clearances/rejections, and resolve utilization issues with Trafficking and Inventory departments. • Strong business, sales, or operations experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
