Advertising Traffic Coordinator Job Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advertising Traffic Coordinator to join our team. The Advertising Traffic Coordinator will also interface with various departments and digital providers to ensure placement instructions are complete and accurate, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: • Review and process incoming Exhibitor creative materials and instructions • Interface with departments and digital providers to ensure accurate placement instructions • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Identify and resolve discrepancies Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree preferred or related experience • Extremely detail-oriented and organized • Ability to work under strict deadlines • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent communication and time management skills The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising trafficking principles and practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
