Job Summary: Key Skills: Review advertisements and associated URLs to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards.Perform logical, accurate, and consistent content reviews while maintaining high productivity and accuracy levels.Evaluate content using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify harmful, sensitive, or policy-violating material.Monitor trends, patterns, and emerging issues across the platform and escalate risks when necessary.Enforce advertising policies and ensure compliance processes align with business operations.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), report system bugs, and recommend enhancements for policy enforcement tools.Collaborate with internal teams across different regions and time zones.Independently prioritize workload and manage review queues effectively.Escalate complex cases with complete documentation to appropriate stakeholders.Support management in improving ad review workflows and compliance controls. Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret policy guidelines and navigate grey areas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Ability to perform repetitive review tasks with sustained focus.Comfortable reviewing unusual or sensitive online content.Awareness of current events, pop culture, online trends, and digital slang.Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in advertising review, content moderation, trust & safety, or policy enforcement.Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystems and compliance practices.Knowledge of Apple products and services, including macOS and iOS.Experience using internal review or moderation tools.
