Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Act as primary agency point of contact for select clients as assigned. • Understand and critically think about client feedback and its implications for the work, the objectives, and agency resources • Conduct information-gathering exercises and ongoing education as needed for the EAT & DRINK team, distilling research findings, and recognizing and extrapolating relevant information. • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their pain points and offer agency solutions to grow the agency’s scope of work. • Manage client and agency financials to ensure that budgets, forecasts, and invoices are aligned with client expectations and the contractually agreed upon agency services. The successful applicant will have: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing firm or brand marketing environment with experience in the food, beverage or sporting goods space strongly preferred.
