We are an independently owned company that builds 1,500+ new billboard faces each year. Overview • Manage inbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities in advertising and media sales • Conduct a consistent Customer Needs Analysis using standard qualifying questions • Determine deal size, timing, budget, and decision-making authority • Independently close small, near-immediate, transitional business • Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales discussions, presenting tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management - HubSpot) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify new markets and expand existing accounts • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with client objectives and maximize outreach impact • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering technical sales support, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the sales cycle • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing within the advertising, media, or technology sectors • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B deals effectively • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly • Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or telemarketing strategies that generate qualified leads • Knowledge of marketing principles and digital advertising solutions is a plus • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to growth, innovation, and success We value energetic professionals who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment that rewards initiative and results.
