We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate new business development and drive rapid revenue growth within Central and Southern Arkansas. The Territory Manager will own and manage designated inventory across key markets—developing strategy, driving sales, and supporting clients to maximize revenue performance and long-term growth. Advertising sales/territory manager/ business development background is ideal, 3-5+ years of sales experience preferred. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Central and Southern Arkansas through effective communication and customer service.Conduct prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve revenue targets.Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.Leverage technology and tools, including Salesforce, for efficient territory management and sales tracking.Job Type: Full-time
