This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, production and tracking of all advertising for ilani, as well as directing the property publicity programs to targeted audiences incorporating all forms of communication to maintain the support of consumers, stockholders, and the general public. • Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. • Oversees the hiring, training, scheduling evaluating and counseling of the Advertising and Public Relations staff. • Plans and directs integrated public relations and interactive Public Relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image. • Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
