Affiliate Manager Beauty / and Partnerships

The Partnerships & Affiliate Manager is responsible for generating and building new and existing affiliate and large influencer partnerships with the goal of attracting new customers while effectively representing our Oliveda brand. Basic functions and main responsibilities: -Weekly reporting on KPIs and campaign performance to Director of Digital Marketing (Interim CMO) -Proactive evaluation and review of new affiliate and publisher networks -Evaluation and consultation of the best technology platforms on behalf of the affiliate team in collaboration with the Director of Ecommerce and the Director of Digital Marketing (Interim CMO) -administration -Hire a partner marketing team and develop it, which is responsible for KPIs and performance. -Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings and reviews with team members
