Agency Account Manager

As an Agency Account Manager at Click Here Digital, you will serve as a trusted consultant to our Agency clients (legal, medical, dental, etc), working closely with them to understand their unique business goals and challenges. • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives, and consult with clients on processes and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution based on client objectives. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and account management/ client services • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively • Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on industry KPIs • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field • Experience in selling digital marketing solutions • Google Certifications
