Job Summary: A pivotal member of the agency team, the Senior Account Manager is the bridge between agency and client. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, this role leverages exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas, manage project teams, and deliver results. Responsible for managing clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring successful execution of projects, the Sr. Account Manager plays a vital role in coordinating agency departments to deliver high-quality services, meet client objectives, and drive agency growth. Client/Relationship Management: • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key vendors, partners, and clients, understanding their goals and ensuring exceptional service • Proactively manage client needs and expectations; resolve challenges, develop solutions, and manage risks. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Deep knowledge of modern marketing trends, technologies, concepts, and best practices • Working knowledge of social and digital ad platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ad products and Meta advertising.
