Position Overview: The Agency Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and securing new business opportunities. The ADM will work closely with a dedicated team of Campaign and Product Specialists to ensure smooth transitions and successful execution of campaigns post-sale. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Sales Development:Identify key vertical market segments and initiate outreach strategies.Conduct cold calls, meetings, and sales presentations to acquire new clients.Research clients' businesses, competitors, and industry trends to craft tailored proposals.Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals, call quotas, and new business targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Provide accurate and timely updates to CRM systems, ensuring pipeline information is up to date.Collaborate with Digital Media Consultants (DMCs) to optimize sales strategies and increase average order value (AVO).Team Collaboration & Training:Support and train Digital Media Consultants in the market to strengthen sales efforts.Share best practices and strategies to enhance overall team performance.Administrative & Reporting:Document all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Digital Agency Manager.Other Duties:Perform other duties as assigned by management.Communication Expectations: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience:1-3 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably with a background in interactive media, marketing, or digital advertising.Proven track record of successfully identifying leads, making cold calls, and closing sales.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Website Design/SEO, SEM, Display Ads, and Social Media Ads.Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
