Agent Services & Marketing Coordinator

Social Media & Content:Execute our digital strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Linked In using pre-designed graphics and Canva. Capture occasional photos/videos around the office for Reels and Stories.Agent Engagement:Act as a go-to marketing resource. Help agents leverage proprietary RE/MAX marketing tools and celebrate their milestones (like "Just Sold" or "Under Contract").Event Coordination:Plan, promote, and execute office events, including agent training days, team-building outings, and client appreciation events.Community Outreach:Assist with client campaigns, newsletters, and local community initiatives.What We’re Looking For:Familiarity with Canva and a strong willingness to learn RE/MAX products and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A highly organized multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.A "people person" with positive, cheerleader-like energy.What We Offer:Access to world-class RE/MAX training.A fun, supportive, and fast-paced team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
