LEASING AGENT Reports To: Community Manager Position Overview: In this role, you will be playing an active role in the leasing of new, used, and foreclosed properties in your community. You will be working with a high performing team driven by success and will be delivering the highest quality of service to prospective leasers. Your correspondence with prospects will include phone calls, e-mail and social media, and physical delivery of flyers and promotions to residents. This will include physically walking around the property to meet with residents in their homes and providing tours on foot. Essential Functions: • Lease new, used and foreclosed inventory at prices set by Management • Conduct lease closings including home move-in checklists • Monitor homes for readiness • Manage and upload photos and descriptions of community vacant homes • Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants • Review inventory for refurb needs • Creates and places effective advertising as directed by Management • Perform sales office duties as directed by Management • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner • Tracks and follow ups with all prospective residents.
