The Digital Advertising Specialist will primarily take on the day-to-day oversight and management of Allegiant’s paid social campaigns as well as provide support for the existing SEM program.Visa Sponsorship AvailableNoMinimum RequirementsCombination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.Education: Bachelor’s DegreeEducation Details: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent education/experience.Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience directly with digital advertising (combination of display, social media, and/or SEM).Preferred RequirementsAdvanced critical thinking and creative problem solving skillsStrong knowledge and experience in paid social advertising and campaign managementExperience collaborating and building relationships with agencies or vendorsDepth of knowledge in campaign set-up, segmentation, and structureSEM campaign management experience (Google and Bing)Experience optimizing campaigns to achieve low CPAs and high ROASStrong knowledge of Google AnalyticsJob DutiesStrategize, execute, and manage existing paid social campaignsContinuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and strictly adhering to budgetsOversee A/B testing parametersTroubleshoot tag, pixel, and creative implementation to ensure successful campaign executionPrepare regular and ad hoc performance reportsCollaborate and foster relationships with agency partners to optimize programmatic display campaigns and monitor performanceExplore new and emerging social and advertising platforms to identify new revenue-generating opportunitiesKeep up to date on consumer, competitor, and market conditionsWork closely with SEM Specialist to support CPC campaign management and reporting needsOther duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsThe Physical Demands and Work Environment described here are a representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of the role.
