The Amazon Ads Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Amazon marketplaces to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and maximize return on ad spend. This role focuses on leveraging data to scale performance while maintaining strong profitability. You’ll take ownership of Amazon advertising efforts, continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to improve results and uncover growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Optimization Build, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) Monitor daily performance, budgets, and bids to ensure efficient spend Conduct keyword research and ongoing optimization to improve rankings and conversions Continuously test new strategies, creatives, and targeting methods Performance AnalysisAnalyze campaign data including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize results Scaling & Strategy ExecutionIdentify high-performing campaigns and scale them effectively Reallocate budgets to maximize impact and efficiency Support product launches with structured campaign strategies Collaboration & ReportingWork cross-functionally with content and creative teams to improve ad performance Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights Communicate recommendations and results to leadership What We’re Looking For:Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and efficiency What’s in It for You:Opportunity to directly impact revenue and growth Fast-paced, performance-driven environment Room to test, learn, and scale winning strategies Career growth within a rapidly expanding e-commerce businessAbout Zulay Kitchen Zulay Kitchen is a Top 100 Amazon seller in the U.S. and an Inc. 5000 company.
