At SAYN, we are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Advertising & Growth Director to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and owning the Amazon growth strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing paid media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute Amazon growth strategies that drive sales and revenue growth • Collaborate with brand managers and purchasing teams to optimize listings and improve performance • Lead and execute Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and paid media campaigns to achieve business objectives • Optimize ad spend, ACoS, and ROAS based on each brand's goals and targets Requirements: • 5+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role • Proven track record of scaling 7-8 figure Amazon businesses • Deep expertise in Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands/Display) • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Perpetua • Highly analytical with experience in tools such as Smartscout, Helium10, JungleScout, and Perpetua • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and external partners • Excellent communication skills and organization
