The RoleThis is a hands‑on role focused on strategy, execution, and performance improvement.You’ll manage advertising across approximately 10-20 client accounts, developing campaign strategy, launching initiatives, analyzing results, and making ongoing decisions that directly impact business growth.Our clients generate between $500K and $5M annually on Amazon. They aren’t operating with unlimited budgets or endless amounts of data. Success comes from smart decision‑making, thoughtful testing, and strong execution.You’ll collaborate closely with agency leadership, brand managers, and implementation specialists, but you’ll be expected to think independently, own outcomes, and make informed decisions without constant oversight.
