Founded in 2016, Pitted Labs is a leading e-commerce agency that helps brands grow and win on Amazon, TikTok, DTC, and other major marketplaces. The Amazon Brand Manager is a core role at Pitted Labs. The Amazon Brand Manager is responsible for the success and growth of their book of clients, including overseeing and managing their Seller/Vendor Central accounts through advertising performance, inventory levels, buybox performance, buyer messages, and everything in between. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related program (preferred) • Able to learn through self-teaching; an Amazon Brand Manager needs to learn and adapt as changes come • Be able to take obscure tasks/projects and get desired results with little direction • Knowledge of corporate/brand strategy • Attention to detail and extremely organized • Able to manage multiple projects/accounts and priorities and meet deadlines on time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Keen eye for branding • Having a service-first and servant-leadership mentality • Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business • High integrity, high energy, and a positive attitude • Enthusiasm for Pitted Labs' mission • Adheres to strict confidential guidelines • Continuous improvement through education and training • Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA • Experience successfully managing the Amazon channel for a company or multiple brands (or other e-commerce experience) • Amazon advertising experience • Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities with a high on-time completion rate • Excellent written, verbal, and video communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients • Experience in agency, consulting, or service-based environments strongly preferred • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities • Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting workflows • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule in person in Portland, OR
