Key job responsibilities • Program Performance and Goals: Owning the program's performance and goals for the assigned region, and collaborating with Program Managers and Program Leads to optimize the program's success by understanding regional needs and influencing key aspects. • Regional Marketing Integration: Partnering with regional marketing managers to incorporate 1:1 support into scaled marketing campaigns, and supporting regional events and initiatives related to the program. - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
