Amazon Merchandising and Marketing Director

RealTruck’s Amazon Visual Merchandising and Marketing Director will be a cross-functional leader shaping the digital consumer experience on Amazon by overseeing all aspects of the Amazon marketing strategy, visual merchandising, content strategy, reporting, and campaign planning/execution. This role is on the Marketing Senior Leadership Team. Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership: • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, product marketing, eCommerce, media, and customer service to align Amazon strategy with broader business objectives. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies and optimizations.
