Amazon Paid Marketing Manager (North America)

Your territory As part of our US Team, you will: • Own and scale Amazon advertising campaigns across the US and Canada to drive growth and impact • Manage Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns - from setup to continuous optimization • Identify high-performing keywords, adjust bids, and refine structures to boost ROAS and lower acquisition costs • Launch new product campaigns and A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting for maximum performance • Monitor performance daily and fine-tune budgets, bids, and audiences based on real-time insights • Activate standout campaigns for Prime Day, holiday seasons, and other key events • Uncover growth opportunities through competitor analysis and emerging market trends • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns reflect our brand and business goals • Share actionable insights and strategic recommendations with the VP of Marketing • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things” • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level Your profile Key requirements: • 4+ years of experience running Amazon Ads with proven success in the US and Canadian markets • Expert in campaign management, DSP, and data-driven optimization strategies • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for scaling performance marketing • Experience launching products and leading seasonal campaign strategy in ecommerce Does this sound like you?
