Scalable, profitable Amazon advertising growth Improved TACoS and contribution margin performance Advanced audience targeting strategies powered by AMC insights Strong forecasting accuracy and disciplined budget deployment Clear, data-driven reporting and executive-level visibility into Amazon ad performance 3+ years of direct, hands-on Amazon Ads management experience Demonstrated experience managing $5M+ in annual Amazon advertising budgets Advanced expertise across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP Working proficiency in Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) audience analysis Strong understanding of Amazon attribution, incrementality, NTB metrics, and full-funnel strategy Deep knowledge of Amazon auction dynamics, keyword harvesting, bid optimization, and placement strategy Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, forecasting models, data analysis) Experience with third-party Amazon advertising software platforms Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field Our core values are the foundation of our company, driving our culture, guiding our decisions, and defining who we are as a team.
