Digital Advertising Sales Executive Manager - VP of SalesSan Diego, CA- Onsite during training/After can work hybridPay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Base Plus CommissionSeeking someone with 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in selling Digital Advertising space.The GVP of Sales will be responsible for driving increased sales revenue through PTA sales. Proven execution skills are crucial, and the successful candidate will be reliable, responsible, adept at problem solving, self-motivated, highly organized, creative and flexible.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on, client facing sales/account-management experience in the search industry, and related areas, with an established network.Between two and four other employees will report to the GVP of Sales. The GVP of Sales reports to the CEO. The role offers extraordinary growth potential.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue through wallpaper-style PTAs and other monetizable elements.Client Prospecting: Identify, qualify, educate and engage additional business opportunities, focusing on industries that value privacy, such as technology, finance, crypto, and emerging verticals.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertising agencies, clients, understanding their advertising needs, and recommending solutions that align with their marketing goals.Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand demographics, industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging monetization opportunities and client needs to better position offerings.Competitive Analysis: Evaluate and analyze competitor activities, identifying gaps in strategy to enhance sales, marketing and user acquisition and retention.User Engagement: Provide input on branding, gamification and other areas to enhance user interest, retention and engagement.Sales Process Management: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating and closing deals, including maintaining and optimizing metrics, concluding contracts and ensuring timely follow-up.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and ad operations and execution artists and teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3 years of digital advertising sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business, ideally in digital or ad tech.Execution Skills: Outstanding execution skills, including reliability, responsibility, problem solving, personal organization, creativity and flexibility.Computer Skills: Solid abilities with spreadsheets, web development, email, and other necessary software.Organizational Skills: Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to supervise subordinates.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze client needs and market trends to propose effective advertising solutions.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and delivering results.Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, ad operations, and other teams to ensure seamless client service. Interested in constantly learning, adapting and keeping up with the industry.
