The ideal candidate is deeply tapped into fashion, social behavior, and emerging cultural trends, with the ability to translate product into compelling, conversation-driving marketing moments. Role Responsibilities Present and socialize strategy briefs with executive leadership and cross functional partners to secure buy in and ensure the "North Star" is clear before execution begins. 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role with dedicated partnership experience; fashion/retail experience a plus  A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment - preferred experience doing so in a project management tool such as Asana, Basecamp, or Monday.com Strong writing and communication skills Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional partners across multiple teams Hunger for brainstorming/ideating new and exciting external partners in complementary industries General awareness of/experience working with media companies and partners a plus Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration A proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
