Apartment Community - Leasing Consultant

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Consultant to join our winning team. PLUS $75.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits. We currently manage over 70,000 apartment units in 20 states, making us the 10th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC. We're ready to have you become part of our growing team! \\- Up to $75 Commissions and Renewal Bonuses \\- Tuition Reimbursement \\- Paid Time Off \\- Holiday Paid Time Off \\- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance \\- Life and Disability Insurance \\- Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: \\- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community \\- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings \\- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property \\- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required \\- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book \\- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach \\- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program \\- Travel is a requirement Knowledge, Skills and Experience: \\- Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field \\- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software \\- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents \\- Yardi experience a plus!
