Must be a fast learner, excellent computer skills, self-started, EXTREMELY UPBEAT AND MOTIVATED and have the ability to convey a warm, friendly and professional demeanor. Community Manager is responsible for all phases of the operation of a property, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the physical site; to direct and guide all personnel and resources. • Oversee and/or prepare and process of all rental agreements and related forms. • Coordinate maintenance inspections with facilities staff and ensure work orders are processed in a timely manner. • Other duties, as required.
