Apartment Leasing Agent

We are San Francisco based Real Estate Investment, Development, and Property Management company started in 1975. The position is for those seeking to enhance their leadership skills with hands-on experience, while further developing their experience in the Real Estate Industry. Qualifications: • Independent, Self-motivated, driven, and multi-task oriented individuals that can manage their time in a fast paced atmosphere • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong work ethic and detailed oriented • Strong organization and time management skills • Residential Leasing or sales experience • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Experienced at presentations, negotiations and closings with creative solutions • CA Real Estate License is plus • Yardi property management software is a plus • Prior work experience in Real Estate Property Management experience preferred • BA/BS Degree is preferred Responsibilities: • Marketing and Leasing of Apartment in San Francisco • Manage all aspects of advertising and online marketing channels. • Facilitate tenant application process and prepare leases. • Weekly and monthly reporting • Conduct Marketing Surveys and prepare Market Analysis reports • Business Development calls • Tenant liaison handling tenant inquires and correspondence.
