Career Strategies Inc. is seeking a leasing consultant to provide exceptional service at apartment community. The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration and implementing marketing strategies. Other responsibilities include resident retention and customer satisfaction for the current residents and prospective residents. • Demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients’ needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale. • Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
