Check us out: www.monarchinvestment.com Current Openings: • The Villages at General Grant, located in St. Louis South County and 550 Units • San Raphael Townhomes located in Overland and 216 Units • Paddock Village located in Florissant and 155 Units • Woodhollow located in Maryland Heights and 370 Units Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community • Ensures appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing • Responsible for reporting market survey reports • Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property • Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents • Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required • Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book • Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect • Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach • Helps Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: • Previous multifamily housing leasing experience required • Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software • Have good verbal and written communication • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents • Willing to complete online class training Compensation and Benefits Available: • Very competitive pay • Commission paid on new and renewal leases • Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year • Healthcare starting at low at $30.00 per month for a great, comprehensive plan • 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component. • Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours • 20% off rent at any of our owned communities • Paid additional training/school and tuition reimbursement program • Yearly anniversary gifts • Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more Monarch Investment is the 9th largest multifamily property owner in the country with over 64,000 apartments spanning 21 states, as well as a ski/snowboard resort in Colorado.
