Leasing Consultant (Murrieta) Full time with great benefits package including medical, apartment discount, paid time off and 401k. Full time Leasing Consultant needed for our Murrieta property. Experience preferred (or strong background in sales and customer service) and full weekends required. This includes advertising available apartments online, demonstrating apartments and community to prospective renters and securing commitments and deposits from prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant, with the oversight of the Community Manager and Assistant Manager, is also responsible for assisting in the general administration of the 300+ unit property.
