Apartment Manager

Small apartment community in the 40-50 unit range is seeking a new manager. You will be the primary point of contact for residents, prospective residents and vendors. This is a hands-on position and we need an individual that realizes the ripple effect of daily decision making actions. Skills, Qualifications, Responsibilities and Duties • This is a trainable position, but property management experience, preferably in a multi-family related capacity, is appreciated • Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation - this position could require travel between various property sites • Favorable background check, including a clean criminal and driving record • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keep small laundry room, walkways and grounds clean and free of litter • Provide prospective, new, and current residents with anything needed to create a best possible apartment experience • Ensure apartments are rent-ready prior to move-in date, coordinating maintenance, cleaning and other necessary vendors • Monitor delinquency and attempt to correct path when a a balance is owed • Compile and submit monthly financial reports for clients • Conduct regular property inspections • Follow necessary protocol to maintain and support safe conditions to prevent accidents or injuries Please reply with a resume and comment on why you should be considered for the position.
