Apartment Marketing Associate

We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Apartment Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives for our multifamily portfolio. This position will assist with leasing and brand awareness efforts, digital marketing, social media content, outreach campaigns, market research, resident engagement, and property-level marketing support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for creating engaging marketing materials that help drive traffic, leases, and resident retention.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for apartment communities, including lease-up and stabilized assets.
Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other digital channels.
Create flyers, email blasts, website announcements, signage copy, promotional materials, and other leasing collateral.
Monitor online listings, ILS platforms, property websites, Google Business Profiles, and social media pages to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Assist with reputation management initiatives, including Google review campaigns and resident engagement programs.
Coordinate marketing updates with on-site teams, regional leadership, vendors, photographers, designers, and third-party marketing partners.
Track marketing performance, traffic sources, lead generation, concessions, occupancy trends, and competitor activity.
Conduct market research, including competitor pricing, concessions, amenities, online presence, and advertising strategies.
Assist with planning and promoting resident events, open houses, hard hat tours, broker outreach, and community partnership opportunities.
Support new construction lease-up efforts by helping prepare pre-leasing materials, tour messaging, signage, outreach campaigns, and grand opening promotions.
Maintain organized marketing files, brand assets, photos, floor plans, logos, vendor contacts, and campaign records.
Provide administrative and project support to the marketing and operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

Prior apartment marketing experience highly preferred.
Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for branding and presentation.
Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude.
Multifamily housing, lease-up, or apartment marketing experience is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time position. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for events, open houses, or special marketing initiatives.
