Apartment Marketing Associate

We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Apartment Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives for our multifamily portfolio. This position will assist with leasing and brand awareness efforts, digital marketing, social media content, outreach campaigns, market research, resident engagement, and property-level marketing support. Multifamily housing, lease-up, or apartment marketing experience is a plus. Insurance benefits to begin the first day of the first full month of hire. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for events, open houses, or special marketing initiatives.
