- Leasing experience and knowledge strongly preferred but not required. - Organized and have excellent time-management skills. - Knowledge on how to use excel. Job goal is finding successful tenants to fill vacancies in rental properties. - Showing the properties to tenants and if someone is interested, give the potential tenant an opportunity to fill out an application.
