We are actively seeking an Entry Level Marketing and Advertising Associate for our client campaigns! These are competitive positions that start on the ground floor but offer rapid advancement toward a senior management role. What are the daily responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing and Advertising Associate role? Initiate and complete the sales and customer service process by communicating with consumers about client services Offer relevant product information to identify customer needs and determine potential sales opportunities Build a skilled understanding of client services, industry, and systems to provide adequate customer service Meet with management and members of the Marketing and Advertising Associate teams for training on required client operations, sales, and product knowledge Collect, maintain, and review sales records for adjustment or modification to marketing strategy Entry Level Marketing and Advertising Associate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent certification required An Associate's or two-year program degree is encouraged Knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, business, and communications encouraged Ability to work with other Marketing & Advertising Associates and management team members to build and achieve client goals in sales, product visibility, and service metrics Desire to expand their knowledge and skills past the entry-level through training and proper guidance
