Appointment Setter/Sales Support Specialist

BBI Marketing, a firm dedicated to helping companies increase sales by developing targeted advertising campaigns, is looking for an Appointment Setter/Sales Support Specialist. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills and be very organized. This position provides administrative support to the sales staff and reports directly to the Director of Sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITES • Answer Inbound Calls • Place Outbound Calls to potential clients – including cold calls • Email current and potential clients • Maintain accurate and complete records of interactions with potential clients • Provide on-going support to clients while managing their accounts REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma required.
